Pemoline occurs as medication for ADHD. These are marketed under a brand name "Cylert." Pemoline is a Schedule IV drug under a Convention on Psychotropic Substances[http://www.incb.org/pdf/e/list/green.pdf].

Pemoline has a few benefits on top more stimulants in that it doesn't reduce the appetence or even drive xerostomia. Nonetheless, inside a select few patients Pemoline is suspected of inducing liver damage, so regular liver tests should exist as done.
